Founded on Jan. 18, 2001, Chongqing Electric Machine Federation Ltd.,(CEMF). Inherits the more than 80 years’ experience of electric machine manufacturing from its former, Chongqing Electric Machine Factory, and continues to consolidate its presence in this industry with profession and diligence. Currently we have 1,420 employees in 13 departments, including 262 intermediate and senior engineers. Covering an area of 29 hectares (435mu), our total assets amount to RMB 1000 million Yuan.
Started in 1927, we are now a professional presence in manufacturing AC synchronous and asynchronous motors, DC motors, automobile motors, traction motors, hydro generators, special motors, etc. Our products are widely used in building material, steel, ship, non-ferrous metals, petrochemical and water conservation fields as well as light industry, hydropower, environment protection and military facilities. With annual production capability of 6 million kW, our products vary in more than 70 series and over 4600 types.
Currently the company possesses 1,350 equipment, including advanced CNC machining center, CNC lathe, dynamic balancing machine, plano milling machine, floor type boring machine, advanced vacuum pressure impregnating device, rotary oven, automatic coil wrapping machine, digitally controlled coil shaping machine, painting line, digitally controlled water jet cutter, digitally controlled aluminum melting furnace, high speed slot-puncher.
