Pump motors are generally selected as T, TL, TXZ, YKK, YLKK, Y series motors, with 380V, 6KV, and 10KV motors. For vertical motors, confirm whether they come with axial thrust when ordering. Among them, YL and TL are vertical axis installations, and TXZ is a diagonal axis installation developed by our company.
T series motor is synchronous motor(55-10000KW)
It has high power and meets the requirements of high power supply quality, high overload ratio, and high operating efficiency for the power grid. The power factor of the motor is generally 0.9, and the rated frequency is 50Hz. Other parameters of this type of motor can also be produced.
Compliant with national standards GB755 "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Electrical Machines", GB14711 "General Safety Requirements for Rotating Electrical Machines", JB/T2224 "Technical Conditions for Large AC Three phase Synchronous Motors", etc., and also following corresponding IEC standards. It allows full voltage starting. If the power grid does not allow full voltage starting, voltage reduction starting is allowed.
Y series motor is an asynchronous motor
The motor base is welded from steel plates and adopts the internationally popular box structure. Lightweight and has good rigidity.
The stator core and the machine base adopt an external pressure mounting structure, and can be maintained by removing the top cover The stator winding adopts an F-class insulation structure, which is fixed in the stator slot by slot wedges and treated with vacuum pressure immersion solvent-free paint, making the stator winding have good electrical and moisture-proof properties. Not only is it easy to manufacture and maintain, but it is also lightweight and has good rigidity.
Commonly used YTM, YHP, YMPS, TDMK, YRKK and other series of products developed according to JB/T7128. This series of motors has the characteristics of high locked rotor torque, large thermal capacity, and high starting torque, with a standard rated voltage of 6KV/10KV.
The TDMK series motor is suitable for driving large AC three-phase synchronous motors used in mining mills, mainly for driving ball mills, rod mills, coal mills, etc. The excitation system of this series of motors adopts a controllable silicon excitation device. The motor has the characteristics of low speed and high torque, allowing direct starting at full voltage. Common motor models include TDMK1250-36 10KV, TDMK1000-32 10KV, TDMK1400-40 10KV, etc.
YKK and YRKK series medium and large fully enclosed high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors are high-efficiency and energy-saving products developed by our company to adapt to the new trend of industrial development at home and abroad. The motor performance is close to or reaches the advanced level abroad, with a protection level of IP44 or IP54, and can be treated with anti-corrosion and anti mold processes to derive outdoor (W) and outdoor anti-corrosion (WF) motors. This series of motors can be directly used in 10kV power grids, with the advantages of simplifying equipment, saving investment, and reducing energy consumption.
This series of motors utilizes computer optimized design, adopting new materials and processes, with advantages such as high efficiency, low noise, minimal vibration, light weight, high reliability, and easy installation and maintenance.
This series of products is mainly suitable for general mechanical equipment such as fans, water pumps, compressors, crushers, chip cutting machines, transportation machinery, and other similar mechanical equipment in industries such as petroleum, cement, chemical, coal, power plants, metallurgy, transportation textiles, pharmaceuticals, and grain processing.
For motors with large rotational inertia, relevant technical information should be provided and a technical agreement should be signed at the time of ordering as the basis for special motor design to ensure reliable operation of the motor.
Mixed flow turbine:

Advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor:
1. Small torque ripple, stable speed, fast and accurate dynamic response, strong overload capacity< br>
(1) When the load torque of an asynchronous motor changes, it is required that the slip rate of the motor also changes accordingly, that is, the speed of the motor changes accordingly. However, the inertia of the rotating parts of the system hinders the speed of the motor response.
(2) When the load torque of a synchronous motor changes, as long as the power angle of the motor changes appropriately and the speed remains unchanged at the original speed, the inertia of the rotating parts will not affect the motor's rapid response to torque.
2. High power factor, high efficiency
(1) Permanent magnet synchronous motors can eliminate the need for reactive excitation current, significantly improving power factor and reducing stator current and copper losses.
(2) During stable operation, there is no rotor copper loss due to the absence of rotor bars.
(3) Reducing the fan capacity or even removing the fan due to the decrease in total loss reduces the corresponding wind friction loss.
(4) Its efficiency can be improved by 2-3% compared to asynchronous motors of the same specifications.
(5) The power factor is above 0.9, close to 1, and its no-load current is very small, only a few amperes.
3. Small size and light weight.
Its volume and weight are 20-30% lighter than asynchronous motors of the same capacity.
Disadvantages of permanent magnet synchronous motors:
1. Due to the influence of magnetic force, it is difficult to disassemble and assemble motors, calibrate dynamic balance, and assemble magnetic steel, which brings great difficulties to the manufacturing and maintenance of motors.
2. In order to reduce the leakage magnetic field, the motor rotor requires safe and reliable magnetic isolation measures. Generally, aluminum plates, copper plates, epoxy resin, glass cloth plates, air, etc. are used for magnetic insulation.
3. Permanent magnet magnetic service life, magnetic decay period, and environmental factors affecting the service life of permanent magnets.
(1) Under normal use, the magnetic force of permanent magnets has been used for more than 25 years.
